Septic pump-outs · Taree

You get the owner, not a call centre.

Waste King is owner-operated, pumping septic tanks, treatment systems and liquid waste across Taree. You get a person on the phone, a price before we start, and the ground left as we found it.

What we pump

What the truck is set up to do.

Everything Waste King handles, in the order people ring about it.

01

Septic

Septic tank pump outs

The standard household pump-out. We lift the lid, vacuum the tank down, check the outlet and leave the lid seated properly.

02

Waste

Waste disposal

Waste disposal — booked in, done properly, and left tidy.

03

Skip

Skip bin hire

Skip bins dropped, swapped and taken away, on the same run as the truck.

04

Front

Front lift bins

Front lift bins handled on the same visit, so it is not another trip and another bill.

Skip bags

Skip bags — quoted before we start, and finished the same day where we can.

What happens on the day

No mystery, no mess.

A phone call, and it is booked

One conversation. You hear what it costs, you hear when we can be there, and that is the booking done.

Finding it is part of the job

Under the lawn, under a garden bed, under a slab someone poured over it. We locate the lid and uncover it before anything else.

Emptied properly, not skimmed

A tank is not done when the liquid is gone. The crust and the settled sludge come out too, which is the part that decides how long before you need us again.

You get told what we saw

Cracked baffle, roots in the inlet, a lid on its last legs. You hear it while we are standing over it, not in a letter.

The paperwork follows the load

Tipped at a licensed facility, recorded, and available to you if a council or a buyer ever asks where it went.

The lid goes back properly

Seated, weighted, and safe to walk over. That last part matters more than anything else on this list.

Not the same as the next truck

What you actually get with Waste.

Taken from what the business says about itself, not from a template.

Straight answers

The questions we get asked most.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?
For most households it is every three to five years, and it depends on tank size and how many people live there. If it has been longer than five years, or you have just moved in and nobody can tell you when it was last done, book it.
How do I know if mine needs doing?
Slow drains through the whole house, gurgling, a smell near the tank, or wet ground and greener grass over the trench. Any of those means ring, do not wait.
Do you need to find the lid, or do I?
We can find it. If you know where it is, tell us and we are faster. If nobody has looked in twenty years, that is a normal job for us.
Can the truck get to my tank?
Usually. Tell us if the tank is behind a locked gate, down a steep drive, or more than about thirty metres from where a truck can park, and we will bring the right hose.
What happens to the waste?
It goes to a licensed facility and it is documented. Ask for the docket any time you want it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on tank size, access and how long it has been. Ring 1300 691 912 with your address and you get a real number, not a range.
