Aerated system running as it should?
Total Waste Water Services services and pumps aerated treatment systems, septic tanks and liquid waste across Bogangar, Tweed Coast, Murwillumbah and Ballina. You get a person on the phone, a price before we start, and the ground left as we found it.

01
Aerated
Aerated wastewater treatment system servicing
Onsite wastewater systems pumped, serviced and checked over, whatever brand is in the ground.
02
On-site
On-site wastewater management system servicing
On-site wastewater management system servicing — booked in, done properly, and left tidy.
One visit, done properly.
A phone call, and it is booked
One conversation. You hear what it costs, you hear when we can be there, and that is the booking done.
We find the lid before we start
If you have never had it pumped, we locate and uncover the tank. Old lids under a garden bed are our normal Tuesday.
Hose to the tank, truck stays put
The hose does the walking so the truck does not have to. Sludge, crust and liquid all go, not just the easy layer off the top.
Disposed of under licence
It leaves your place and goes to a licensed receiving facility. The paperwork exists and you can have a copy.
The council report is handled
Treatment systems come with paperwork obligations. We do the service and the report together, so nothing is chased later.
The lid goes back properly
Seated, weighted, and safe to walk over. That last part matters more than anything else on this list.
