Service report due at the council?
Solutions H2O services and pumps aerated treatment systems, septic tanks and liquid waste across Paynesville, East Gippsland, South Gippsland, Latrobe and 2 more towns. One call, a straight answer, and a job that does not need doing again next month.
The work they do.
Everything Solutions H2O handles, in the order people ring about it.
01
Aerated
Aerated wastewater treatment system quarterly servicing
Onsite wastewater systems pumped, serviced and checked over, whatever brand is in the ground.
02
Septic
Septic tank desludging
The standard household pump-out. We lift the lid, vacuum the tank down, check the outlet and leave the lid seated properly.
03
Sludge
Sludge level checks
Sludge level checks, on a day that suits you and with the site left as we found it.
One visit, done properly.
A phone call, and it is booked
One conversation. You hear what it costs, you hear when we can be there, and that is the booking done.
We find the lid before we start
If you have never had it pumped, we locate and uncover the tank. Old lids under a garden bed are our normal Tuesday.
Hose to the tank, truck stays put
The hose does the walking so the truck does not have to. Sludge, crust and liquid all go, not just the easy layer off the top.
Disposed of under licence
It leaves your place and goes to a licensed receiving facility. The paperwork exists and you can have a copy.
Your service report, done at the tank
Aerated systems need a service record for the council. It gets filled in while we are there, not from memory afterwards.
We leave it safe
An unseated septic lid is the most dangerous thing on a rural block. Ours go back properly, every time.
