Same bloke, every time. That is the whole pitch.
Nelson's Liquid Waste is owner-operated, pumping septic tanks, treatment systems and liquid waste for 40 years across Tyabb, Mornington Peninsula, wider South East Melbourne and based in Tyabb. You get a person on the phone, a price before we start, and the ground left as we found it.

The work they do.
Everything Nelson's Liquid Waste handles, in the order people ring about it.
01
Septic
Septic tank cleaning and pump outs
The standard household pump-out. We lift the lid, vacuum the tank down, check the outlet and leave the lid seated properly.
02
Grease
Grease trap cleaning
Kitchen grease traps emptied and washed out on a schedule that keeps the council and your kitchen happy.
03
Industrial
Industrial waste
Industrial liquid waste handled at plant scale, with the licensing and the tracking that comes with it.
What actually happens on the day.
You ring, we give you a day
No answering service, no ticket. You get a person, a price and a day that suits the truck and suits you.
We find the lid before we start
If you have never had it pumped, we locate and uncover the tank. Old lids under a garden bed are our normal Tuesday.
The tank goes out, not the lawn
Hose run from the truck, tank vacuumed down, sludge and crust taken with it. Boards down if the ground is soft.
You get told what we saw
Cracked baffle, roots in the inlet, a lid on its last legs. You hear it while we are standing over it, not in a letter.
It is tipped where it should be
Waste goes to a licensed facility. If you ever need the docket, we have it.
The lid goes back properly
Seated, weighted, and safe to walk over. That last part matters more than anything else on this list.
What you actually get with Nelson's.
Taken from what the business says about itself, not from a template.
