Tank full? We empty it properly.
Michael Bourke Plumbing pumps out septic tanks, treatment systems and liquid waste across Tuncurry, Forster and Nabiac. A day that suits you, a price you hear first, and no mess left behind.
What the truck is for.
Everything Michael Bourke Plumbing handles, in the order people ring about it.
01
Septic
Septic pump outs
The standard household pump-out. We lift the lid, vacuum the tank down, check the outlet and leave the lid seated properly.
02
On-site
On-site sewage system servicing
Scheduled servicing that keeps the system inside what the manufacturer and the council both expect.
03
Plumbing
Plumbing
General plumbing alongside the pump-out, so a cracked line gets fixed on the same visit that found it.
No mystery, no mess.
You get a person, not a queue
Ring and someone who drives the truck answers. You get a price and a day on that call, not a callback.
We find the lid before we start
If you have never had it pumped, we locate and uncover the tank. Old lids under a garden bed are our normal Tuesday.
Emptied properly, not skimmed
A tank is not done when the liquid is gone. The crust and the settled sludge come out too, which is the part that decides how long before you need us again.
You get told what we saw
Cracked baffle, roots in the inlet, a lid on its last legs. You hear it while we are standing over it, not in a letter.
Disposed of under licence
It leaves your place and goes to a licensed receiving facility. The paperwork exists and you can have a copy.
The lid goes back properly
Seated, weighted, and safe to walk over. That last part matters more than anything else on this list.
