Same bloke, every time. That is the whole pitch.

The work they do.
What Macquarie Valley Waste Water is set up for, and what happens when you ring.
01
Aerated
Aerated wastewater treatment system maintenance
Routine maintenance on a set interval, so nothing on the property gets to the emergency stage.
02
Septic
Septic system servicing
Scheduled servicing that keeps the system inside what the manufacturer and the council both expect.
How the day goes.
You ring, we give you a day
No answering service, no ticket. You get a person, a price and a day that suits the truck and suits you.
We find the lid before we start
If you have never had it pumped, we locate and uncover the tank. Old lids under a garden bed are our normal Tuesday.
The tank goes out, not the lawn
Hose run from the truck, tank vacuumed down, sludge and crust taken with it. Boards down if the ground is soft.
It is tipped where it should be
Waste goes to a licensed facility. If you ever need the docket, we have it.
Your service report, done at the tank
Aerated systems need a service record for the council. It gets filled in while we are there, not from memory afterwards.
Lid seated, ground left tidy
Back down square, safe to stand on, and the grass no worse than we found it.
