What we pump

Everything the tank might need.

Everything Everything Septic handles, in the order people ring about it.

01

Quarterly

Quarterly AWTS septic inspections

The standard household pump-out. We lift the lid, vacuum the tank down, check the outlet and leave the lid seated properly.

02

AWTS

AWTS servicing and maintenance

Routine maintenance on a set interval, so nothing on the property gets to the emergency stage.

03

AWTS

AWTS repairs and parts

Repairs to tanks, lids, baffles, pumps and lines, done by the crew who found the fault.

04

AWTS

AWTS installation

New systems supplied and installed, sized to the block and the number of people actually living on it.

05

Commercial

Commercial and industrial wastewater system maintenance

Commercial and industrial wastewater system maintenance — quoted before we start, and finished the same day where we can.

06

Irrigation

Irrigation and effluent dewatering pumps

Effluent pumped out and carted under licence, from single tanks up to a full transfer station run.

07

Linear

Linear air pump replacement

Pump wells and sullage pits emptied and the float switches checked while the lid is up.

What happens on the day

What actually happens on the day.

A phone call, and it is booked

One conversation. You hear what it costs, you hear when we can be there, and that is the booking done.

Nobody knows where the lid is. That is fine

Half the jobs start with a probe and a shovel. If the lid has been buried since the eighties, we will still find it.

Hose to the tank, truck stays put

The hose does the walking so the truck does not have to. Sludge, crust and liquid all go, not just the easy layer off the top.

It is tipped where it should be

Waste goes to a licensed facility. If you ever need the docket, we have it.

Your service report, done at the tank

Aerated systems need a service record for the council. It gets filled in while we are there, not from memory afterwards.

Lid seated, ground left tidy

Back down square, safe to stand on, and the grass no worse than we found it.

Why people ring them

Known in Molong for turning up.

Services every AWTS brand — AquaNova, AquaAdvanced, Alpha Treat, Bioseptic, Biocycle, Ecoseptic, EconoCycle, Envirocycle, Fuji Clean, Garden Master, Ozzy Kleen, Super-Treat, Taylex, Ultraclear

Straight answers

The questions we get asked most.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?
For most households it is every three to five years, and it depends on tank size and how many people live there. If it has been longer than five years, or you have just moved in and nobody can tell you when it was last done, book it.
How do I know if mine needs doing?
Slow drains through the whole house, gurgling, a smell near the tank, or wet ground and greener grass over the trench. Any of those means ring, do not wait.
Do you need to find the lid, or do I?
We can find it. If you know where it is, tell us and we are faster. If nobody has looked in twenty years, that is a normal job for us.
Can the truck get to my tank?
Usually. Tell us if the tank is behind a locked gate, down a steep drive, or more than about thirty metres from where a truck can park, and we will bring the right hose.
What happens to the waste?
It goes to a licensed facility and it is documented. Ask for the docket any time you want it.
Do you do the council service report as well?
Yes. Aerated systems have to be serviced on a set interval and reported. We do the service and fill in the report at the tank, so you are not chasing paperwork later.
Can you work around guests?
We book parks early or between changeovers so the truck is not sitting outside a cabin at check-in time.
How much does it cost?
It depends on tank size, access and how long it has been. Ring (02) 5832 9230 with your address and you get a real number, not a range.
