What we pump

The jobs the truck gets called out for.

Everything Envirovac Industries handles, in the order people ring about it.

01

Septic

Septic waste removal

The standard household pump-out. We lift the lid, vacuum the tank down, check the outlet and leave the lid seated properly.

02

Grease

Grease trap cleaning

Kitchen grease traps emptied and washed out on a schedule that keeps the council and your kitchen happy.

03

Triple

Triple interceptor and wash bay pit cleaning

Triple interceptors pumped and washed down, so the last chamber is doing its job and not passing solids on.

04

Hydro

Hydro excavation

Excavation work around tanks, trenches and lines, done by the people who have to pump it afterwards.

05

Jetting

Jetting and drain cleaning

High-pressure jetting to cut roots and grease out of the line, not just push the blockage along.

06

CCTV

CCTV pipeline inspection

A camera down the line to see what is really going on, so the fix is the right one the first time.

07

Pipe

Pipe relining

Pipe relining — quoted before we start, and finished the same day where we can.

What happens on the day

How the day goes.

You ring, we give you a day

No answering service, no ticket. You get a person, a price and a day that suits the truck and suits you.

Nobody knows where the lid is. That is fine

Half the jobs start with a probe and a shovel. If the lid has been buried since the eighties, we will still find it.

Hose to the tank, truck stays put

The hose does the walking so the truck does not have to. Sludge, crust and liquid all go, not just the easy layer off the top.

The paperwork follows the load

Tipped at a licensed facility, recorded, and available to you if a council or a buyer ever asks where it went.

If it cannot wait, it does not

A tank coming back up the shower is not a next-week job. That is a phone call and a truck moving.

Lid seated, ground left tidy

Back down square, safe to stand on, and the grass no worse than we found it.

Not the same as the next truck

Straight answers

The questions we get asked most.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?
For most households it is every three to five years, and it depends on tank size and how many people live there. If it has been longer than five years, or you have just moved in and nobody can tell you when it was last done, book it.
How do I know if mine needs doing?
Slow drains through the whole house, gurgling, a smell near the tank, or wet ground and greener grass over the trench. Any of those means ring, do not wait.
Do you need to find the lid, or do I?
We can find it. If you know where it is, tell us and we are faster. If nobody has looked in twenty years, that is a normal job for us.
Can the truck get to my tank?
Usually. Tell us if the tank is behind a locked gate, down a steep drive, or more than about thirty metres from where a truck can park, and we will bring the right hose.
What happens to the waste?
It goes to a licensed facility and it is documented. Ask for the docket any time you want it.
How often does a grease trap need doing?
Most kitchens run somewhere between monthly and quarterly, and your council sets the minimum. We will tell you honestly if you are paying for visits you do not need.
Can you dig near live services?
That is what the vac truck is for. Water cuts the ground and the vacuum lifts it, so nothing gets clipped the way a bucket clips it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on tank size, access and how long it has been. Ring (03) 5480 1469 with your address and you get a real number, not a range.
