What happens on the day

One visit, done properly.

A phone call, and it is booked

One conversation. You hear what it costs, you hear when we can be there, and that is the booking done.

Nobody knows where the lid is. That is fine

Half the jobs start with a probe and a shovel. If the lid has been buried since the eighties, we will still find it.

Emptied properly, not skimmed

A tank is not done when the liquid is gone. The crust and the settled sludge come out too, which is the part that decides how long before you need us again.

It is tipped where it should be

Waste goes to a licensed facility. If you ever need the docket, we have it.

Your service report, done at the tank

Aerated systems need a service record for the council. It gets filled in while we are there, not from memory afterwards.

Lid seated, ground left tidy

Back down square, safe to stand on, and the grass no worse than we found it.

Not the same as the next truck

What you actually get with Complete.

Taken from what the business says about itself, not from a template.

Also supply and install Aqua Advanced wastewater and irrigation systems

They lodge your septic permit — septic plan and system information — with the local shire/council for you, and will quote off your Land Capability Assessment, floor plan and site plan

Publish the actual permit checklist and the LCA explanation on their septic installation page

Own bobcat and excavator with licensed machine operators, so excavation and plumbing come from one trade instead of two

Straight answers

The questions we get asked most.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?
For most households it is every three to five years, and it depends on tank size and how many people live there. If it has been longer than five years, or you have just moved in and nobody can tell you when it was last done, book it.
How do I know if mine needs doing?
Slow drains through the whole house, gurgling, a smell near the tank, or wet ground and greener grass over the trench. Any of those means ring, do not wait.
Do you need to find the lid, or do I?
We can find it. If you know where it is, tell us and we are faster. If nobody has looked in twenty years, that is a normal job for us.
Can the truck get to my tank?
Usually. Tell us if the tank is behind a locked gate, down a steep drive, or more than about thirty metres from where a truck can park, and we will bring the right hose.
What happens to the waste?
It goes to a licensed facility and it is documented. Ask for the docket any time you want it.
Do you do the council service report as well?
Yes. Aerated systems have to be serviced on a set interval and reported. We do the service and fill in the report at the tank, so you are not chasing paperwork later.
How much does it cost?
It depends on tank size, access and how long it has been. Ring 0407 329 252 with your address and you get a real number, not a range.
